 International Workshops
For
more than a decade, the ACEER has partnered with travel companies
and other organizations to host and sponsor an impressive
series of nature travel experiences. Our reputation for quality
international workshops and nature travel opportunities is
now being extended to our new facilities in the rainforests
of southeastern Peru, under a special program with CREES and our land partners Inkaterra,
and Peruvian
Odyssey and Rainforest
Expeditions.

The
ACEER Foundation sponsors a variety of environmental education
workshops and programs for individuals from around the world
at our new Puerto Maldonado location. The objective of these
programs is to stimulate interest and develop an understanding
of the Amazon and Andean forests that stresses environmental
awareness, nature interpretation and conservation. These programs
also recognize the positive influence environmentally sensitive
revenue can have in creating a sustainable economic alternative
to natural resource exploitation.
